40 on Ilkey B&B is situated roughly on the corner of Atterbury Road and the N1. The Lynnwood Glen Estate, where we are, is a security area unique in its appearance of beautiful houses and high trees. LGE is a calm haven rarely found so close to the vibrant Menlyn and Menlyn Maine areas.

40 on Ilkey B&B celebrated its 12^th birthday in 2018 and had accommodated more than 26000 guests in that period. The B&B is yearly graded by the TGCSA and is a member of the NAA-SA.  We have had great reviews over the years.

• The premises are safe, inside a security estate and enclosed with walls and remote controlled gate
• Ample parking for your vehicle – including a trailer.
• Private entrances to each room. You may come and go as you please and won’t disturb anyone else.
• There are 10 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and can accommodate up to 20 guests.
• We have identified 120 bird species. Three trickling water features attracts various bird and insect species.
• We serve a generous breakfast with mouthwatering freshly baked muffins.
• Even guests from really quiet places consider it quiet.
• You can check availability and book securely online.

All this comes at a very reasonable price.  A single person can sleep over including breakfast for a mere R600-00 (Subject to availability). In the extreme case where we can’t accommodate you for a specific date, we’ll kindly refer you to similar accommodation.
