At 40 on Ilkey B&B a 50% deposit is taken to secure your booking.

The following CANCELLATION FEES are payable:

More than 30 days prior to arrival – No charge
29 – 14 days prior to arrival – 25% of deposit amount
13 – 8 days prior to arrival – 50% of deposit amount
7 – 3 days prior to arrival – 75% of booking amount
Less than 3 days or no show – 100% of booking amount

Please note that full settlement of all accommodation is payable PRIOR to check in.

Even if the stay of a guest is extended for some reason, will no part of the B&B become the permanent residence of any guest.

40 on Ilkey B&B reserves the right to evict any guest from the B&B if the account is not paid up to date.

We don’t allow any illegal business to be conducted from the premises at 40 on Ilkey B&B.
